Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam Pagi-pagi ingin makan sate? Bisa. Inginnya sate klopo. Bisa. Coba saja datang ke jalan Ondomohen   Surabaya . Ada beberapa penjual sate klopo di daerah ini. Salah satunya adalah Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Menurut beberapa artikel yang dipasang penjual di dinding warung, sebelumnya warung ini berjualan di pojok jalan Ondomohen pada malam hari karena itu warung ini bernama Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Warung ini menyediakan beberapa jenis sate. Ada Sate Klopo, Sate Usus, Sate Kotot, dan Sate Sumsum. Kali ini saya coba memesan 10 tusuk Sate Klopo dan satu piring nasi putih. Karena saya kurang cocok dengan bumbu kacang jadinya saya pesan bumbu kecap. Tak berapa lama pesanan saya datang. 10 tusuk Sate Klopo yang terlihat lezat. Saya coba memakan tusuk sate pertama saya. Beberapa hari yang lalu saya berhenti di sebuah warung yang terletak di jalan Ondomohen Surabaya . Warung ini bernama Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Dulu warung ini terletak di pojok jalan Ondomohen di malam hari sehingga warung ini bernama Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Warung ini menyediakan beberapa jenis sate. Sebelumnya saya pernah mencoba Sate Klopo disini. Sekarang saya akan mencoba jenis sate lainnya. Apa itu? Sate Usus. Apa itu Sate Usus? Seperti namanya, Sate Usus terdiri dari potongan usus sapi yang diberi bumbu lalu dibakar di atas arang panas. Tekstur usus tidak terlalu keras. Bagaimana dengan rasanya? Bumbu sate sangat meresap. This time i ordered a meal that was not much different from previous meals, Goat's Tengkleng . High Cholesterol foods from goats. Lol. Now Iordered Sate Kambing Muda or Young Goat Satay. Is it different from other goat satay? Not really different. The only difference is the meat that been used. The usual Goat Satay use an adult goat meat. But this satay use the meat of young goats.  The meat texture quietly different. Young goat meat is more tender than adult goat. Really soft. This satay taste really good. The seasoning seep into the meat. Meat slice also heavy. This satay do not use peanut sauce like usual satay but this satay use soy sauce that mixed with chili. Really delicious. You must try this. Sate Gajih /Fats After 5 hour long journey using the train Pasundan I finally arrived in Yogyakarta city. My stomach still full after eat Nasi Rames Pasundan so I decided to look for a snack. But what ? I try to get around Malioboro street and finally found something . Sate Gajih . Gajih? Fat? Beef Fat ? Used as satay ? Is it delicious ? Okay. I immediately tried to buy three sticks .
